 Cam action indexing plungers GN 712 / GN 712.1 are available with a variety of different guide cams. Depending on cam design, the spring-loaded plunger pin either returns automatically to the initial position or locks in place in the indexing position.

In the safety version, the plunger pin is locked in the indexing position by means of a safety notch which secures the unit against inadvertent resetting. More ...

 Quick-action hexagonal nuts GN 6333 are used if the nut is to be moved quickly to the clamping position and to be removed quickly after loosening.
